Gruesome undercover footage has revealed the horrific final moments of ostriches before they are killed and skinned to make luxury designer accessories ( www.mirror.co.uk/all-about/acc… ).
Investigators from PETA ( www.mirror.co.uk/all-about/pet… ) travelled incognito to South Africa, to visit the abattoirs of two of the largest ostrich producers in the world, Mosstrich and Klein Karoo (KKI).
The companies’ websites both claim to supply ostrich leather to high end fashion brands including Hermès and Prada …

SeaWorld Confesses Employees Went Undercover to Spy on Activists

SeaWorld has admitted to using spies to infiltrate animal activist groups such as the People for Ethical Treatment of Animals or PETA. Based on the statement issued by the marine theme park, these spies are employees of the company.
The confirmation was made by Joel Manby, the chief executive officer of SeaWorld while addressing analysts.
